How a Commercial Refrigerator is Manufactured: From Raw Material to Finished Product

1. Step 1: Iron plate design, cutting

   We start with high-quality steel plates, precisely cut according to custom specifications using advanced CNC machines. This ensures every cabinet and door frame matches your exact size and design requirements.

2. Step 2: Formed sheet material

   The cut steel sheets are then bent and formed into precise shapes for the refrigerator’s outer shell and internal structures, creating the sturdy foundation of each unit.

3. Step 3: Internal panel+External panels

   We combine the formed sheets into the refrigerator’s internal and external panels, carefully aligning each part to ensure a perfect fit and smooth finish.

4. Step 4: Evaporator and condensor processing

   Our skilled technicians prepare and assemble the core cooling components – the evaporator and condenser – using premium materials to guarantee optimal heat exchange and long-term performance.

5. Step 5: Insulation layer filling

   High-density polyurethane foam is injected between the inner and outer panels, forming a seamless insulation layer that locks in cold air, reduces energy consumption, and maintains consistent internal temperatures.

6. Step 6: Enter the assembly line

   The insulated cabinet moves to the main assembly line, where key components like compressors, fans, and control systems are prepared for installation.

7. Step 7: Pipeline welding

   Refrigerant pipelines are carefully welded and connected, with strict leak testing at every stage to ensure the cooling system works flawlessly.

8. Step 8: Stablity and temperature test

   Every refrigerator undergoes a rigorous 24-hour stability and temperature test. We monitor temperature consistency, cooling efficiency, and system safety to ensure it meets our quality standards.

9. Step 9: Enter the packaging area

   Once the unit passes all tests, it moves to the packaging area. We clean the refrigerator, apply protective films, and package it securely with foam and cartons to prevent damage during transit.

10. Step 10: Inventory area, awaiting shipment

    Finished refrigerators are stored in our inventory warehouse, ready for shipment to customers worldwide. Each unit is carefully labeled and tracked to ensure timely delivery.
